Goal: Create a unique and fun marketing campaign to promote the yearly Supplemental Markets Agent Convention contest to win a trip to Ireland for 6 days and 5 nights for top performers, with a special bonus to the top 10 agents.
Challenge: The challenge was to ensure we reached ALL the company’s sales agents - some who were not computer-savvy, so digital assets would not reach 35% of participants. We had to ensure our campaign included a highly-visible and eye-catching direct mail component to garner attention to gain participation
